American football star Chad Johnson looked set to receive a community service order for a probation violation in a domestic violence case, following an agreement with prosecutors. Then, as he stood in court yesterday, Johnson decided to give his lawyer an appreciative slap on the bum – and was sentenced to 30 days in jail instead.
