Heatwave victim or chambers prank?
It would appear one member of staff at London’s 15 New Bridge Street chambers takes a magnificently laidback approach to his clerking duties.
First junior clerk Robert Mayes has, in Legal Cheek’s humble opinion, one of the greatest profile photos to ever grace a chambers’ website.
Opting for something a little more eye catching than the traditional black and white headshot, Mayes can actually be seen lying in bed.
Topless and appearing to look a little startled, Mayes’ profile has since been removed from the chambers’ website.
With Legal Cheek suspecting that Mayes has been the victim of a chambers prank, 15 New Bridge Street declined to comment.
